We are on this journey with you.
Getting started is easy!
-
1) Must live in Franklin County, Ohio
2) Household net income at or below 300% of the federal poverty level
3) Have trouble affording your medicines or copays
**We care for our neighbors who are uninsured as well as those with insurance. -
We want you to have a positive patient experience and we understand our patients manage other commitments. Therefore, we have made it easy for you to schedule your telephone intake appointment with our online system.
If you don’t see an available time slot, please check back over the coming days. Appointment slots open two weeks in advance, and are first come, first serve. -
The initial phone call will last about 20-30 minutes and will need to take place before we can fill your prescriptions. We want to know how to serve you best and will discuss your income, insurance, health, medical history, and medications.
Please ask your doctor to send your prescriptions to the pharmacy electronically to assist in the process.
-
On your first visit to the pharmacy, you will spend time with our patient services team to verify proof of address and household income. Once that is completed you are all checked in and will receive your prescription medications at no cost.
Each month when you pick up your refills, you can expect one-on-one medication monitoring, health screenings and education with our pharmacist or a graduate pharmacy intern. Also, at these visits, necessary referrals to other community resources can be made.We are committed to helping you achieve your best health and are excited to be valuable members of your healthcare team!
If you are a previous customer, please do not make a new patient appointment,
call 614-227-0301 and inquire about re-qualification. We make it easy to get back on track.
